Rachel Herbatschek serves on the Board of Directors of Artis, a New York–based nonprofit founded in 2004 that supports contemporary artists from Israel through residencies, exhibition grants, and partnerships with museums and curators. Her work with Artis reflects a longstanding engagement with contemporary art and with the institutions and people who sustain it. She lives in New York.
